We will make arrangements for either an on-site engineer to visit you or for your equipment to be shipped to us.

Your PC will get an in-depth diagnosis, and you will receive a report detailing all issues found with an itemized quotation. We will only perform repairs or upgrades once you are happy with the diagnosis and quotation.

When you are happy to proceed, we will work quickly. Your system will be upgraded or repaired and will be fully tested before being returned to you.
